Privacy.

The short version: we collect what you send us, we use it to reply to you, and we don't sell it. The longer version follows.

What we collect

When you submit the project brief form we receive the details you typed: your name, email address, website and message. That's it. We don't run advertising trackers on this site.

How it's used

Your brief goes to our inbox so we can respond to your enquiry. We may refer back to it while scoping or delivering your project. We don't add you to mailing lists and we don't share your details with anyone outside the studio, unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our inbox for as long as they're useful to the conversation. Ask us to delete yours at any time and we will.

Your rights

Under POPIA you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email development@ihdigital.co.za and we'll sort it out.
