The brief

The toolkit packs frameworks, templates and guidance for organisations running work-integrated learning programmes. It needed a structure where a programme manager finds the right resource in minutes.

The build

We built the resource hub with a clear path from overview to download, kept the reading experience clean on every device, and structured the content so the team can keep publishing without a developer.

Scope of work

  • S-01Platform build

Information architecture first, then templates the team can publish into for years.

  • S-02Resource hub

Guides and downloads organised so the right document is never more than two clicks away.

The details that mattered

  • Two clicks to any resource. The whole information architecture was designed backwards from that rule.
  • Publishing without developers. The team adds frameworks and templates themselves; that was a requirement, not a feature.
  • Reads well under pressure. Built for programme managers grabbing a template between meetings, on any device.

Quick answers

Can our team publish content without developers?

Yes, that was the core requirement here. Templates and training are part of the handover.

Do you build resource hubs and knowledge bases?

Yes. The craft is information architecture: organising material so the right document is never more than two clicks away.
